tonight i undertook a complete bed re-do. washing the mattress pad, rotating the mattress, refitting the heated mattress pad, replacing the top mattress pad, sheets, and pillow cases and changing the comforter cover. no easy trick by myself, but it can be done.
saw the stairwell sisters tonight. 5 fabulous women musicians at mission city coffee roasting company, presented by fiddling cricket. they are really good. including Evie who does clogging/buck dancing. i think i saw them with my sister last year or the year before at the old time music festival in berkeley. elinor is back from car trip to arizona, jeremy is back from visit to LA today. it's nice to have a weekend at home. ketzl appreciates it. i think i'm the only person who takes a cat for a walk at 11PM when it is cold and all other cats and people are sensibly inside.
